The data clarification tool provides a real-time tool facilitating the management of automatic queries (cross and edit checks).
The user accesses to this tool from the patient list clicking as shown below.
All the data clarification linked to automatic queries in the study are listed in this tool according to the type of automatic query (mandatory fields, bounded fields, partial dates, inconsistent data or protocol deviation).
Clicking on the query ID (point 1 below), the monitor can check the specific status of each query and manage them adding a comment / answer or archiving them if resolved.
As for all the different modules of the platform, the data from this module can be filtered using the different type of filters (in the left part of the module as shown below as indicated in 2).
All the data from the data clarification tool can be printed or exported in an excel file clicking on the icon indicated in 3.
