The eCRF pages can have different status. Each status is easy to identify in the patients lists through a specific icon. The legend of each icon is indicated as shown below.
eCRF pages status can be :
- Ready for data entry
The eCRF page is open for data entry for the users who have the rights to enter data.
- Page with missing data
The eCRF page has been saved with unfilled mandatory fields.
- Draft (without signature)
The eCRF page has been filled and saved by a user who does not have the signature rights.
The listing of the draft pages in the eCRF tool can be obtained clicking as indicated below.
- Page completed
The eCRF page has been filled by a member of the medical team, and then verified and signed by a user who does have the signature rights (for example investigator).
Once the page has the completed status, the page is ready for the monitoring. The page status for monitoring are :
- Monitored with inconsistent data and correction
After monitoring, inconsistent data have been detected in the eCRF page. Corrections are expected and queries still need to be answered and resolved.
- Page accurate and freeze
The page has been successfully monitored without any inconsistent data detected. These pages can no longer be modified by the investigator.
