User architecture in the eCRF tool is organized as followed:
Role>>>>> Profile>>>>>>User
The “Access control list” option allows the user to define and modify all the access rights of the eCRF tool users.
User access rights are managed from the “Access control list” option in the Builder. To access to Builder, the user clicks on the “Admin” icon as indicated below.
Then the user selects the access rights management option clicking as seen below.
Then the user can determine the access rights for the different eCRF tool features by clicking on the feature (as shown below).
For each eCRF feature, the user will determine the access rights for each kind of user profile.
