If you don’t have access to the following screens, please contact the Admin to ask for the appropriate access rights.
It is possible to determine a limit number of patients who can be included.
This limit number can be determined for:
- the whole study
- a specific center
- a specific investigator
Only a user with an Admin or a Builder profile access rights can do such configurations.
Limit number of patient for the whole study
As an Admin or a Builder, select the Admin module (see below).
Then in the « CRF information » option, fill the item “Number of inclusions allowed” with the maximum number of subjects who can be included in the whole study all centers included. Finally Submit the modification.
Limit number of patient for a specific center
As an Admin or a Builder, select the Admin module (see below).
In the « Geographical area management » option, select the specific center where the number of included subject should be limited (see below).
Then, fill the item “Number of inclusions allowed” (see below).
Limit number of patient for a specific investigator
As an Admin or a Builder, select the Admin module (see below).
In the « user management » option, select the specific investigator account for which the number of included subject should be limited (see below). The research module of the specific user account can be useful for this step.
Then fill the item “Number of inclusions allowed” (as seen below).
