If you don’t have access to the following screens, please contact the Admin to ask for the appropriate access rights.
The study information section provides general informations about the study and, specifically about the study eCRF.
To access the study information, the user should click on the « home » icon in the main menu (as seen below).
The user can then visualize the following information (see below):
- the CRF name
- the eCRF version number (the version is adapted after each eCRF modification)
- the last eCRF update (this information is automatically provided by the system)
- the date of the GoLive
- the number of maximal subject inclusion allowed (if relevant for the study)
- the description of the study
- eventually notes about the study progression (for example: number of centers involved in the study, date of protocol modification,…)
Except for the last eCRF update, all these informations are manually configured by the users who has the access rights to update the study information.
