The traceability of the actions performed in the eCRF platform is guaranteed by the Audit trail and the Connection log.
The user acceeds to both tools from the main menu clicking on the tool box icon as shown below.
Audit Trail
The user acceeds to this tool from the tool box clicking as shown below.
Audit trail allows to track all the actions performed on the data or on the CRF (see example below).
As for all the different modules of the platform, the data from this module can be filtered using the different type of filters (in the left part of the module).
The export of the audit trail content is provided by the Admin of the eCRF platform at the study closure.
However intermediary export can be provided on demand.
Connections log
The access to connections log is available from the Tool box as shown below.
This tool provides real-time data about connections to the platform (connected users, time and IP of connected users, attempts of connection, web browsers used).
All the data displayed can be exported as an excel file or printed.
The data from connection log can be filtered using the different type of filters (in the left part of the tool).
