The export tool allows you to export any specific data from the eCRF.
To access to the export tool, select on the main menu or on the toolbar the icon:
Then select « Data export » in the tool box list :
You can then access to the classic filter tool to select export data, subjects and type.
First in « WHO » you can choose the subject for which you want to export the data. It can be for patient belonging to a specific geographic area, a specific user or a precise patient ID. Do not forget to click on SUBMIT to start the export.
When you click on « Specific » ( for a specific user in this exemple), you will be able to make your selection by clicking on one or several option available and then on the arrow.
In the section « WHAT », you can choose the data you want to export : a specific field or section or page with specific monitoring/data management status. Do not forget to click on SUBMIT to start the export.
If no filter is selected in this section, the entire CRF will be exported
On the section « HOW », you can choose the kind of export you want : Excel or CSV file, and with or without specific custom coding value. Do not forget to click on SUBMIT to start the export.
The database can also be exported in a SAS format.
In the files .sas :
- If the field as a number as coding value then for the checkbox, only the numeric coding value is displayed. The option label is not indicated; for the dropdown lists or the check box, the numeric coding value is displayed without any $ or ‘ ‘.
- for all the optional fields (dropdown list, option group or check boxes, the similar numeric coding value have a unique format.
- for all the partial date, the format will be indicated as informat FLD_XXX $10. ; format FLD_5498 $10 or informat SAS_LABEL $10. ; format FLD_5498 $10.
