Study Design (SMART eCRF-BUILDER)

The eCRF Builder is available from the “e-CRF page and application tree modification” option of the Builder or directly form the « eCRF building » button of the menu.

By default, the eCRF contains one page with one chapter and the patient ID field.

Each page of the e-CRF has a unique ID number.

Each chapter and field has a unique pk (primary key) number.

Each modification in the page, chapter or field properties have to be validated through the button “update”.

Each modification in the e-CRF Builder has to be controlled in the front office view of the SMART platform.

Page Management

Add a page > Access to the creation of a new page

Manage the list > Overview of the page list in the eCRF

Pages tree > Overview of the page workflow for each section of the eCRF

Print all pages > Access to the blank eCRF printing function

No error found > Access to the error checking pages

Fields management > Overview of the duplicated fields ; the fields displayed in the patient list and advanced research module as well as the autopopulated fields.

Look up for words/IDs > Access to the page allowing you to search for words or IDs
