Basic settings can be update on the welcome page such as URL, language, appearance of boundaries and usage of custom coding values.
URL of the eCRF
Plateform URL is defined before the study GoLive. You should never update this URL before bepatient approval. Please contact bepatient for further information.
DB of the eCRF
Plateform DB is defined before study GoLive by SMART administrator. Please contact bepatient for further information.
Date format of the eCRF
Date format is defined before study GoLive. Please contact bepatient for further information.
Language of the eCRF
The e-CRF can be in multi-language.
You can click on update the default language on the page.
You can select the various languages used in the eCRF and specify the language used by default.
Then by clicking in « Submit » the language selections are updated.
In a multi-lingual eCRF, each label of sections, pages, chapters, fields,… will be defined for each language (see below).
A common unique code (Translation code) will be linked to each section, page, chapter, field, ect., whatever the language is.
Boundary helper in the eCRF
You can define if you want users to see boundary helper in the eCRF when they fill in fields with boundary. Click on update and choose yes or no depending if you want the boundary to be displayed and submit.
Custom coding values in the eCRF
You can define if you want to use custom coding values for the study. Click on update and choose yes or no depending if you want the boundary to be displayed and submit.
