If you don’t have access to the following screens, please contact the Admin to ask for the appropriate access rights.
The “Participants List” module provides a real-time view of all the users who have a specific profile in the eCRF tool.
To access to this module, select on the main menu the icon as shown below:
Clicking on “Display with default filter parameter”: the participants list is displayed by default.
For each participant, the following information are displayed:
- The activation status of the participant profile (red icon: inactive profile / green icon: active profile)
- The First activation date and the Last inactivation date
- The Last connection date
- The last and first name of the participant
In the upper part of the module are displayed
- the total number of participants
- the total number of participants with at least one connection
- the number of activated user profiles
- the number of inactivated user profiles
As for all the different modules of the platform, these data can be filtered using the different type of filters (in the left part of the module).
The filters used can be removed clicking on the “eye” icon (in the upper right corner of the module).
You can export in Excel sheet and print this table by clicking on the “v” icon on the top of the page.
